Welcome back to Sao Laughing’s article 😊
What do you want to know about Hanoi? Before coming to Hanoi, I was very curious about this place: the landscapes and attractions such as Hanoi Old Quarter, Hoang Kiem Lake, Temple of Literature, Uncle Ho’s Mausoleum, Hoa Lo Prison, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, etc. The climate here has 4 distinct seasons. This place is known as a safe place. There is almost no pickpocketing, something every tourist is worried about when coming to a tourist destination. Hanoi Known for many highlights: Southeast Asian ancient town, diverse street food, capital of Vietnam. Hanoi is a land of thousands of years of civilization, with heroic historical anecdotes of the Vietnamese people (the Dinh, Ly, Tran, Le dynasties). I am a Vietnamese citizen who loves Vietnamese History and has an interest in traveling. When traveling to explore the culture of provinces, Hanoi is one of my favorite destinations. If you only had one day to go to Hanoi, where would you choose to go? Eat what? Below is my itinerary. When I only had one day in Hanoi. Depart at 7:30, have breakfast with Hanoi bun cha, then visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (where President Ho Chi Minh’s body is kept), then visit the Presidential Palace, stilt house (where to eat, drink, and eat). resting place and also the place of revolutionary activities of President Ho Chi Minh in the last years of his life). Lunch with Hanoi pho. Afternoon: 13:00 visit the Temple of Literature (a place chosen as a symbol of Hanoi Capital). 15:00 Check in to the hotel, then visit Hoa Lo prison (a prison built by France to arrest and torture patriotic soldiers and leaders) and shop at Dong Xuan market. In the evening in Hanoi, go have dinner at the night market, visit and shop at 36 streets at night and walk around Hoang Kiem Lake. As people say, Hanoi cannot be rushed. 😊Because of the traffic at any time of the day, I find it very difficult to go fast 😊. Hanoi people often “scold” this word, which sounds sensitive, but a few friends also told me the same. I don’t know if it’s because everyone’s feelings and opinions are different or because of luck. But on this trip, I have never been scolded once. Sometimes it is their habits and use of language that they consider normal that makes people misunderstand that they are cursing. Most tourist attractions are in and near the old town, so the best option to save time and travel costs is to stay here. At the end of the trip, this is what I felt and left the deepest impression on me. When I visited Uncle Ho’s Mausoleum, I had an indescribable feeling of joy and excitement, because up until now I had only seen Uncle Ho’s Mausoleum on television, in books, newspapers and online. Now I can see that body with my own eyes. and witnessed the changing of the guard ceremony of two soldiers in front of Uncle Ho’s Mausoleum. In addition, I also stood at the historic Ba Dinh Square, where Uncle Ho read the declaration of independence on February 9, 1945, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. The joy and pride of Vietnam is having President Ho Chi Minh.
