Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Andromeda Travel. We are dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences across Vietnam, Indochina, and other destinations in Asia. Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy, which ensures clarity and fairness for all of our valued guests.

1. Cancellations by the Customer:

To effectively manage our operations and provide excellent service, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour date: A full refund will be provided, minus a 10% administrative fee and any applicable transaction fees, depending on the refund method you choose.
• Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the tour date: A 50% refund of the total booking cost will be provided.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the tour date: No refund will be issued.

2. Cancellations by Andromeda Travel:

In the rare event that Andromeda Travel needs to cancel or significantly alter a scheduled tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, safety concerns, or insufficient tour participants, we will notify you as soon as possible. In this case, you will be offered the following options:

• Reschedule your tour to another available date, or
• Receive a full refund of the tour cost.

3. No-Show Policy:

Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled departure time, without prior notification, will not be entitled to a refund.

4. Tour Modifications:

If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., changing the tour date, number of participants, or itinerary), please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled departure. All modifications are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the requested changes.

5. Special Circumstances:

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. If you need to cancel or adjust your tour due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies or family matters), please contact us directly. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your situation.

6. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the confirmation of cancellation. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
